We will either set up the evening before or the morning of your event. We will always give a heads up beforehand and you can let us know if you have a preference!

Grass is our preferred surface as it allows us to use stakes. However, we can also set up on pavement, asphalt, and indoors! There is an extra fee for non-grass setups as it does require us to use sandbags to weigh it down for safety.

We get it! Life happens and plans change. If you cancel within 7, we can refund you fully. If you need to cancel after the 7 day mark, we offer a “rain check.” This will allow you to reschedule for any day within 6 months so long as your unit is not already booked! We require a deposit of 50% of your total rental price in order to reserve your date and preferred inflatable. The deposit is fully refundable if you cancel your rental at least 7 days before your event. (Check cancellation question)

Park parties are so fun! Most parks have size restrictions (usually no more than 400 square feet). We also rent out generators if your location will not have safe and close access to a dedicated electrical outlet. Make sure you get permission for your event!

Normal wear and tear is to be expected! Small rips in the seams of areas like entrances can happen over time, so you would not be responsible for damage that falls under this category. However, any damage that occurs on purpose or due to negligence will need to be paid for by the customer, as well as excessive accidental damage. We do offer the option to pay for our “Accidental Damage Waiver.” Click on the link to view the coverage.
